I finally finished this drawing that I've been picking at since xmas eve. I try not to be too antisocial, but when I've got all these family events to go to it's nice to have a project to occupy the part of my brain that can't sit still or just mingle.

I started out just wanting to draw the cat. Then I drew Tom holding the cat. Then I still had loads of time to kill, so I started drawing a lot of eric's parents' furniture (I was at their house for xmas eve) while eric played xbox with his dad.

And somewhere in the interim, I colored it. :)

Aw, it's a very cute picture!

It's so charming and soft... a very delicate piece. Almost looks like a painting an artist from way back when would do! Except with a more famous person and his cat. XD

Great job though!

Whoa wonderful. Love the folds in his shirt. And that there's so much detail with the furniture and the stuff on the table.
